Twisted Sister are suing the owners of the Twisted Sister House of Hunger truck in Minneapolis. Via its attorney, the Dee Snider fronted band issued a cease-and-desist letter to the truck operators, asking them to change their name because it could cause confusion between the customers and the fans.
Right, because when we think sandwich truck, we think “We’re Not Gonna Take It.”
The owners, for their part, aren’t going quietly. They said, “I don’t know how somebody can get a 20-foot aluminum box mixed up with an ’80s rock band. We never refer to ourselves just solely as Twisted Sister. We are in the food industry, not the entertainment industry.”
They do have a point there…[VH1 Classic Radio]

Underoath are breaking up, and we even spoke exclusively with frontman Spencer Chamberlain about the split. In fact, the Florida-based metalcore band wanted to go out with a bang and by releasing its best songs last. Take a listen and tell us if you love it and think they’ve succeeded.
Also, the band will embark on its farewell tour in January of next year, hitting a handful of cities. Chamberlain plans to continue on with music and will announce his future plans once that tour and all Underoath business wraps. [Billboard]
